A good optician not only helps customers for selecting their frames or lenses that fit their prescription needs, but also help customers to make the best selections to complement their appearances.
When a patient or customer completes their selection of frames or lenses they want, opticians need to measure the customer’s eyes to prepare the frames accurately. Now they help in selecting lens treatments, such as non-reflective coating tints & others that improve the customer’s vision. After this opticians send it to a laboratory where the glasses are customized & made for the customer. By completing the procedure of lab, the optician makes adjustments and ensures that the lenses & contact meet the customer’s needs.
