o Always be sure to inspect lenses and frames after receiving them from distributer or company.
o While delivering product to customer, make sure it always be clean, sanitize, having proper label, case with proper packaging.

all briefing is important to make customer satisfied with their needs, which
will make customer to visit your store again in future. If service to the
customer is proper it help to make mouth publicity also, which helps to make
store name in market as a brand in optical field.
Providing
